CBS Films has given the green light to The Omega Project.
The spec script is from Cameron Alexander. It is his first script sale.
The story centers on a young man who comes across a mysterious crash site in the woods where he discovers and befriends a god-like artificial intelligence agent desperate to escape earth.
Alexander says the he’d eventually like to write and direct his projects. However, for now, he’s working to make a name for himself with his scripts.
