Forbes has published its list of the highest paid Hollywood actors and you’ll never guess who is on top of the list.
Twilight saga star Kristen Stewart is now the highest paid actress in Hollywood.
The 22-year-old Twilight and Snow White and the Huntsman star pulled down $34.5 million last year, which puts her a half-mil ahead of Cameron Diaz, who took the No. 2 slot.
As the star of one of the most lucrative franchises out there, it shouldn’t be suprirsing.
Time will tell whether Stewart can sustain the hefty pay days or not.
I find it hard to believe that any of the above named actresses make more per picture than Meryl Streep – the greatest, most nomination and busiest actress of all time.
Overrated and overpaid.
I’ve only seen Stewart in Snow White and The Huntsman and she didn’t sell the role to me. The movie was good, “Mirror, Mirror” was better, but she did drag down the movie with her wooden acting.
It just goes to show that Kevin Smith was correct when he said, “When you fail in Hollywood, you fail upwards.”
Natalie Portman needs better representation.
