The cast for NBC’s Munsters reboot is rounding out.
We already know that Eddie Izard will play Grandpa Munster and Jerry O’Connell will play Herman Munster in the upcoming series Mockingbird Lane.
Now we can tell you that the show has found its Lily Munster.
According to Deadline, Mariana Klaveno is the show’s choice to step into the shoes of Yvonne DeCarlo. But there may be a couple of hurdles before it’s official.
Klaveno is attached to the pilot of ABC’s Devious Maids. She has a minor role in the pilot and NBC has said they’re willing to allow Klaveno to work on Maids in a recurring role if necessary. So far, ABC Studios has declined to release the actress or work out a deal to allow her to work on both projects.
Klaveno is no stranger to genre shows. She had been a part of the cast of True Blood.
