With Anna Faris deciding four Scary Movies was enough, the franchise has been left looking for a new leading lady for Scary Movie 5.
It appears the new leading lady will be former High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale.
Tisdale has reportedly been offered the lead role in the upcoming fifth Scary Movie installment. The sequel will begin filming this sumemr with Malcolm Lee directing and David Zucker serving as a script-writer and co-producer.
Zucker worked on several of the previous Scary installments including directing the last two. He also co-wrote Airplane and The Naked Gun! movies.
Zucker on board is good news. Hope they got Charlie Sheen!
