David-Lloyd Wants to Guest Star on “Who”

David-Lloyd Wants to Guest Star on “Who”

February 29, 2012 By Michael Hickerson 2 Comments

We all know that John Barrowman wants to have a part in Doctor Who‘s fiftieth anniversary story.  But it turns out another Torchwood alum wants to guest star on the series’ big anniversary storyline

Actor Gareth David-Lloyd says he’s interested in a role as well and that he’d be willing to reprise his role as Ianto for the Doctor.

“It would depend on the script, but yes I think so,” David-Lloyd said. “Ianto is very close to my heart and will always deserve a little resurrection if done properly.”

I would LOVE to see Ianto back in anything–if Im being honest. But I really doubt it would happen. The way TPTB handles his death and all the hoopla afterwards leads me to believe they MAJORLY botched it—and STILL refuse to acknowledge what a CF that was. Also, look at US Torchwood—It sucks MAJOR BOLLOCKS! so, yes, I would love to see GDL in WHO, do I believe it will happen? No.
