The CW is looking to get back into the DC-verse.
The network has given the green light for a Green Arrow pilot.
The show is thought to feature an “original story” rather than sticking closely to the comics.
The network also picked up an episode of Beauty and the Beast, which is said to be “loosely based” on a 1980s show of the same name. However, the new project is expected to add a procedural aspect to the project.
The third pilot ordered is a prequel to Sex and the City.
A prequel to “Sex in the City?” Is that “Foreplay in the City?”
But seriously folks, I hope the GA pilot gets a fair chance. The Aquaman pilot film from a few years ago was quite good and deserves a look on Netflix or iTunes.
