Stewart Denies “Breaking Dawn” Wedding Was Real

Stewart Denies “Breaking Dawn” Wedding Was Real

November 7, 2011 By Michael Hickerson 2 Comments

The wedding of Edward and Bella in Breaking Dawn may look real, but actress Kristen Stewart says it was just acting and not the real thing.

Stewart made these comments in response to rumors that she and actor Robert Pattinson tied the knot in real life during the filming of the scene.   The story goes that the man performing the movie wedding is really a man of the cloth and that the two exchanged vows.

“Honestly, this is the first time I have heard about this,” Stewart says. “He didn’t even remember the vows. I mean, he was great, but he kept saying our real names as well and he definitely messed up my character’s middle name, calling me Bella Elizabeth Swan. So that’s a funny story to come out of this. Was he really an ordained minister? I’d like to find out.”

The two actors are dating off-screen so a wedding between the two could happen.

See…THIS is why I find it hilarious when people say that it’s elitist to mock Twilight fans. By any measure, this is ludicrous and fan wank to the extreme.

Movies =! Real life. How was this taken even remotely seriously?
