Robot Chicken has poked fun at a lot of pop culture icons. It’s even devoted several specials to “a galaxy far, far away.”
And later this year, it will poke fun at an icon in the world of comic books–DC Comics.
DC Comics Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns announced at the New York Comic Con earlier this month that the animated series is planning a special all-DC Comics episode. Johns himself is writing some of the segments, along with MAD‘s Kevin Shinick.
