    Leicester is pronounced “Lester”. (Kind of like how Worcester is “Wooster”.)

      It’s not Wooster. Its Wha-ster. But its actually supposed to be War-ster. But those with an eastern Massachusetts accent not pronouncing their R’s, it just came natural to say it that way.

    See I can ALWAYS count on Robin to correct my pronunciation on things! 😉

    Gotta love those funky spelled words that sound NOTHING like their spelling like Oaxaca or jolla or saguaro….or…
