When Chuck returns for its fifth season, producer Chris Fedak admits he’s nervous about one thing–writing the finale for the show.
I’m really excited and I’m a little bit scared about what we’ve come up with [for the series finale]. But I think that’s a good thing,” he tells IGN. “What [the show ending] allows us to do is create a different type of finale,” he said. “Looking at it, you can see that our finales in the past have been designed in a very specific way. They’re kind of prologues [for the next season]. This will be a different type of show. This finale will be different.”
The final season of Chuck hits NBC in October.
