It’s every parent’s worst nightmare–a missing child.
But a new app from the FBI could help you be prepared for such an emergency, though hopefully you’ll never need to use it.
Launched last week, the new app allows you put together relevant information on your child including a recent photo and stores it on your phone. Should you need to contact authorities about a missing child, you can just download the information to them using the application. It can also be used to pass information along to the media.
The app is currently available only for iPhones. No word yet on if or when the app might hit the Android Marketplace.
