I know Mythbusters confirmed you can polish a turd, but the makers of this film went a step further & tried to polish it so much you could see your own reflection. Liam Neeson must’ve needed a paycheck desperately.

Is it just me or does that alien ship seem to have a “Michael Bay Transformer” style gleem and sound to it?

Maybe this is meant to be in the same universe & the fleet sunk in the Transformers movie is the fleet in this piece of poo.

LOL, “alien Transformer look alike thingy”? Wouldn’t that be a Go-Bot?

This is a joke right? Kinda like the Zelda movie trailer from a few years ago. I mean it has to be, Liam Neeson has respect for his craft, right? Please…

A good old fashioned alien invasion/hero’s journey film. I think it looks like it’s going to be fun.

It’s the oft-repeated screw-up/rebel-but-unrecognized-capable/(save-the-day)/(take-charge-in-a-crisis)-hero story; much like I suffered through in the Star Trek reboot.

I agree about the Transformer-like feel. That’s what I thought it was until the title came up.
