Sounds like things could get a bit chilly on the set of Indy 5 should it happen and actors Harrison Ford and Shia LeBeouf return.
LeBeouf recently made disparaging comments about Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and now Ford has responded.
“I think I told him he was a f**king idiot,” says Ford. “As an actor, I think it’s my obligation to support the film without making a complete ass of myself.
“Shia is ambitious, attentive, and talented – and he’s learning how to deal with a situation which is very unique and difficult.”
LaBeouf confessed that he “got lambasted” for criticizing the sequel.
Wow, talk about a backhanded compliment.
Maybe Shia LeDouche will end up with a scar under his lip after the next Indy film. One could only hope.
I’ve never understood why an actor would trash any movie they have appeared in. If you don’t want to talk about it, don’t talk about it, but trashing your own product?
Tough love from Indy. Sometimes criticism from an experienced peer is better than criticism from fans or professional critics.
Shia should learn from Sean Connery… If you don’t like the finished product you were in then DON’T SAY ANYTHING!!!
