A hacker has gone to unusual lengths to get nude photos.
According to the Los Angeles Times, 20-year-old Trevor Harwell allegedly installed malware on the computers he was supposed to be fixing, causing them to display an error message. The message said there was an issue with the computer that be resolved by placing the laptop in an area with steam. Say, for example, in the bathroom while showering.
“You should fix your internal sensor soon. If unsure what to do, try putting your laptop near hot steam for several minutes to clean the sensor,” the warning would say.
Harwell was caught after the scheme worked. He has been arrested and according to the LA Times hundreds of thousands of pictures were taken from Harwell’s PC as part of the criminal case against him.
She deserves to get caught with her pants down for being that stupid.
