“Chuck” Moves to Fridays

“Chuck” Moves to Fridays

May 15, 2011 By Mike Hickerson 4 Comments

If you want a double feature of “Chuck” and “Fringe” the good news is you won’t have to time shift any more to  do it.

NBC is moving the series to Fridays this fall for its final run of episodes.

That moves “Chuck” out of its Monday at 8 p.m. EST home, where it’s been for the past four seasons.

“Chuck’ will lead into a new series, “Grimm” for NBC.

I don’t mind this at all. Too many other shows competing for my attention on Mondays. I’m more likely to watch it live on a Friday.

Not a fan of “Chuck” but I’m liking genre shows on Friday. Seems like there hasn’t been a lot of fantasy or science fiction on Fridays in sometime. I remember when “Stargate Atlantis” used to be on Fridays. I always looked forward to Friday because of that.
