Dark Horse comics has revealed the creative team behind the upcoming Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 9.
Buffy creator Joss Whedon will be co-writing the 25-issue series alongside Andrew Chambliss, a television writer who has worked on Whedon’s Dollhouse as well as Vampire Diaries and Heroes, reports Comic Book Resources.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight artist Georges Jeanty will return Season Nine, with Jo Chen continuing to provide covers for the new series.
Chambliss will also be working with co-writers Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen to on a newly announced five-issue Dollhouse miniseries that will debut in July, featuring art by Cliff Richards
