Universal has found a director for its upcoming “Ouija” movie.
Yes, you read that right…a movie about an “Ouija” board.
The movie, based on the Hasbro game, will be directed by McG, the studio announced Friday.
The movie has been in development for a couple of months now. The script for the film is from writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, who gave us the story for “Tron: Legacy.” McG reportedly met with Universal execs on Friday to pitch his vision for the film.
Not much is known about the plot of the film, though it is described as a blend of the “Indiana Jones” films and the “Mummy” films.
