A couple of years ago, “South Park” aired an episode called “The Simpsons Already Did It.”
That appears to be the case when it comes to hitting an episode milestone as well.
The Comedy Central staple will hit its 200th episode later this season. And the creative team at “The Simpsons” has released a note congratulating the the series and pointing out that they’ve done that twice now.
Interesting, something funny from the Simpsons. They haven’t done that since their 5th year on the air.
