I love Milla, I love the Resident Evil movies, I’m there. I’ve only gotten to see one of them so far in the theatre, I look forward to seeing another one in the theatre.

Can’t wait to see it on DVD. I haven’t set foot in a movie theater in 2 1/2 years.
I wasn’t thrilled with the third movie but Milla is in it so I will just rent it from Netflix.

The Resident Evil series (known as Biohazard here in Japan) is one of the few horror flicks the wife will actually sit down and watch with me. We’d go see it in the theaters but we’ve got a little geek that is way too young to even speak. I guess it’s time to hit up the mother in-law to babysit a few hours for us 🙂
DVD for me. The RE series has always been about mindless fun for me, but Extinction was just a major freaking letdown. Maybe, if I hear from multiple trustworthy sources that Afterlife is way better than Extinction, I’d consider a theatrical visit, but otherwise, DVD for me.

I so love the Resident Evil movies. I think it’s a great franchise and it actually contains the only Milla movies that I can stand. Okay, The 5th Element wasn’t bad either. But lets be frank: Ali is nice but there’s no Resident Evil without Milla. So lights out, projector on and let’s enjoy this sucker!
By the way, did anyone else the relative lack of zombies and monsters in the trailer? Please note the use of the word relative before anyone jumps on me for the comment.

The first RE was my first date with my fiance. Its been kinda nice to have a movie series to relive that first date night over and over. I will most likely see this in theaters. Almost 100%..

I liked the first one and kinda liked two but the third one was a complete waste of time. I’ll wait for the DVD.
On another subject, movies like Resident Evil Part 4 will really test whether 3D can draw more people to the box office. The Resi Evil films films have their audience but were not blockbusters. I think mid-level performing films like this one will begin to demonstrate that 3D is not some panacea which will make every action film a huge hit.

The only good one was the first one. The second one sucked and I couldn’t even make it 15 minutes into the 3rd one. I will pass.
