Find Out Your “Star Wars” Weather

January 11, 2010 By Mike Hickerson 5 Comments

Ever wondered how your weather pattern might fit into the “Star Wars” universe?

If so, you can find out exactly which planet or location from George Lucas’ galaxy far, far away your location or any other location on the planet is experiencing thanks to teh new Star Wars Weather Finder.

Just surf over, type in your location and you’ll find out what planet it’s like.

As of this report, the weather at my location is like that of the Planet Hoth, which is not unexpected since we haven’t made it above freezing here in a couple of days.   And our studios in Phoenix are currently seeing the same conditions as the moon of Endor.

Leave the box blank, and see what comes up when you hit Go. That’s hilarious.

I’m on Hoth. Well, New England in January, so not really a surprise. 🙂

    Hoth- as well. Northern Illinois.

The only problem I found was that is showed Southern Calif. as being Endor- This is very funny as So CAL is all desert and nothing like green Endor.

They are as opposite as you can get.

Before even reading the last past of your article I put in “Phoenix, AZ” (as I live right by Thomas & I-17) and saw the Endor result. Not what I expected, but still quite amusing!
