I’m satisfied and looking forward to more. If you like the show, be sure to check out the companion sites to it: http://www.truthhack.com and http://www.jointhemosaic.com for more FlashForward content. It’s a great multimedia thing they’re doing like they did with Heroes.

I voted A with the the sidebar that I am cautiously optimistic because of the network it is on.

I voted “B” .. it’s really hard to “get hooked” on the first show of any series .. but it was better than I thought it might be.

Hope Springs Eternal!!!!! I had to watch it twice as the first time I spent too much time fast forwarding thru the muck. It seemed a little slow but by the 2nd half was pretty good so I went back and toughed it out. Still slow but very decent premeire

Just when I swore I’d never watch anything on ABC again, they dangle “Fast Forward” in front of me and…I…DAMN!
Since I don’t have DVR/TiVO, I’m going to be “getting tickets on BT Airlines”, so in the event that they cancel the show, I’ll at least have them (without commercials) until they decide to release the DVDs.

OK, as of last night we are officially 2 episodes into this series and I am loving it.

And, tonight on SyFy is the premiere of Stargate Universe.

Just about every night now somewhere on television is a really good sci-fi genre show that is doing well.

This continues to be a great TV time for those of us who love good sci-fi, supernatural, fantasy and horror programming.

Case in point: Fringe just keeps getting better with each episode, as does The Big Bang Theory (for geeky comedy fun), The Mentalist remains great entertainment as does Lie to Me (both not specifically SF but thoroughly enjoyable to watch by the SF Nerd Herd).

Dollhouse and Heroes, despite terrible ratings, I still find quite enjoyable. Eastwick, Medium and Ghost Whisperer are my own private-endulgent guilty pleasure each week and I am even loving Christian Slater’s new show “the forgotten” and the final season of BBC America’s “Robin Hood”.

So with great staples like House, Castle, C.S.I. and the soon to return of Sancturary, I am in Geek Heaven this season.

Oh yeah, then this winter we have V premiereing, Lost, Chuck and Leverage returning as well. Hell, I’m even looking forward to everybody’s favorite vampire, Alex O’Loughlin (Moonlight) returning to TV as a physician in the medical drama on CBS titles “Three Rivers” (especially since I lived and worked in the Pittsburgh medical community for 20 years).

Just let it snow, snow, snow — I have bought the popcorn, soda pop and other snack foods and am ready to sit and gain another 30 pounds for the love of the genre. 😉
