On last week’s Slice of SciFi, we brought you news about actor Don Cheadle suiting up to play War Machine in next summer’s “Iron Man 2.”
Now the actor is spilling the beans on which Marvel Universe characters might make a cameo in the upcoming film. As you may recall, the first movie created waves with a cameo by Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury following the closing credits.

Cheadle told MTV that the Hulk and Thor will be part of “Iron Man 2.”
“Thor and Hulk both make an appearance in this film. They work at a diner,” Cheadle told MTV News, “You heard it hear first. Thor is actually in the movie. He eats Tony Stark. He consumes him into his godlike belly and spews him into the world. He turns into stars actually.”
MTV News assumed that Cheadle may be joking about how Thor appears but given the proximity of the Thor movie to “Iron Man 2,” that a cameo can’t be ruled out.
I am so looking forward to this flick. If it is even half as good as the first one, then fans are in for a real treat.
I really wouldn’t be surprised if there were some easter eggs that involve Thor in Iron Man 2. We had the Captain America stuff in the first film and probably more in this one. They want all of these movies to weave together seamlessly.
