“Stargate: Atlantis” Season Five Contest

June 30, 2009 By News Droid Leave a Comment

Slice of SciFi has three (3) copies of “Stargate: Alantis – The Complete Fifth Season” to give away.  This contest runs from June 29 until midnight Pacific time on July 5.

Travel through the Stargate as the ultimate and final season of the adrenaline-driven, intriguing space drama, “Stargate: Atlantis” Season 5 arrives as a five-disc DVD collection June 30 from MGM Home Entertainment. From award-winning Executive Producers Brad Wright and Robert C. Cooper, the fifth and final season continues to deliver out-of-this world excitement and amazing adventures with exceptional visuals chronicling the voyage of the Atlantis team in the Pegasus galaxy. Members of the Atlantis expedition encounter new challenges, as Richard Woolsey (Robert Picardo; “Star Trek: Voyager”) becomes the leader, replacing Samantha Carter’s (Amanda Tapping; “Sanctuary”) season four role. Additionally, the fifth season’s crew includes fan favorites Joe Flanigan (The Other Sister), Jason Momoa (“Baywatch: Hawaii”), Rachel Luttrell (Imposter), Jewel Staite (“Firefly”) and David Hewlett (“The Triangle”) as Dr. McKay. The final season also reunites past cast members Amanda Tapping, Michael Shanks (“The Outer Limits”) and Paul McGillion (“Stargate SG-1”).

The “Stargate: Atlantis” Season 5 five-disc set includes all 20 thrilling episodes, DVD exclusive extended episodes “Vegas” and “Enemy at the Gate,” plus behind-the-scenes cast and crew interviews and audio commentaries.

To enter the contest send an email to contest [at] sliceofscifi [dot] com. Put “Atlantis” or in the subject line and please don’t forget to include your name and shipping address in the body of the email. This is a region one set and this contest is open to our listeners in the U.S. and Canada.

Remember: One entry per person per email address per day. Multiple entries will be turned over to Helen Cutter, who will discard them in an alternate reality.

Members and staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
