Here’s another cool application for your iPhone. Users can now download their own version of the Hal9000, made famous in Stanley Kubrick’s classic movie, “2001: A Space Odyssey.”
The new application will set you back ninety-nine cents and was designed by Jonathan Mulcachy.Â
The HAL 9000 app consists of that creepy glowing-red-eye panel. When you touch it, HAL utters several of his deathless phrases. And he still has the greatest enthusiasm for the mission.
