“Loner” — A New Online Series

September 30, 2008 By Sam Sloan 3 Comments

“LONER” is the story of DARLA KAY, one of the last remaining humans of Earth after it was devastated by a virus created by a deadly maggot race, called the Dravall. Except for a few, most humans were mutated by the Dravall into monstrous creatures. All designed the same and all devoted to serving their Dravall masters.

Most of the human survivors who were unaffected by the virus lost their faces as the virus began to eat away at their skin; leaving them to die slowly. The only hope is a genetically engineered face that has the power to not only destroy the Dravall, but also cure and return those changed back to normal.

With the face as the prize, DARLA KAY must travel into the heart of darkness and retrieve the face that will save the world and destroy her enemy. However, with a full armada chasing her led by the villainous SA’CAR. DARLA will have to accept help from the only man who can take on an entire army and help her succeed. That man is the “THE LONER.”

Unbeknown to DARLA the face is much more than a cure and is in fact a doorway to another realm. A realm that holds the power to rule the universe. It is this realm that the Dravall want to get to and will stop at nothing to unlock its mysteries. Learning of her new fate, DARLA, along with her human crew and the LONER will stand firm against insurmountable odds and face the darkness of SA’CAR and his army. All in the hope of saving the human race and building the Earth a new and free future.

WOW! This show looks fantastic. I have been waiting for a new computer generated series since the classics of reboot and Starship Troopers Roughnecks ended. I am gonna be hooked to this site. BRING ON THE LONER!
    Thanks for the update SliceofScifi.
