The very beautiful and talented actress/singer Chase Masterson of “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine” and “Star Trek: Of Gods and Men” fame returns to Slice of SciFi along with director/writer James Kerwin.
They will be our guests on Slice of SciFi Show #161 for a second time together. The show is due to air online this Saturday, May 17, 2008.
Chase is starring in James’ indie film noir production of “Yesterday Was a Lie,” with the equally beautiful and talented Kipleigh Brown portraying Hoyle, a girl with a sharp mind and a weakness for bourbon who finds herself on the trail of a reclusive genius. Chase appears in the film as a very sexy lounge singer and one of Hoyle’s only allies. “Yesterday Was a Lie” co-stars John Newton, Mike Scriba and the always great Peter Mayhew (“Star Wars”). Supporting cast includes Nathan Mobley, Warren Davis, Megan Henning, Jennifer Slimko, and famed radio personality Robert Siegel. Chase is also the film’s producer.
This new visit will have Chase and James highlighting the movie and all that has taken place with its production and release since they last spoke with us about it a little over two years ago.
