Earth vs the Flying Saucers
Dr. Russell Marvin heads up Operation Skyhook, which is tasked with sending rockets into the upper atmosphere to probe for future space flights. Unfortunately, all the rockets are somehow disappearing. While investigating
this strange occurrence, Russell and his new assistant/wife Carol Marvin are abducted by a flying saucer, where the aliens demand to meet with certain people in order to negotiate. But it was a trick; the aliens only wanted to kill them. The invasion has begun and if Russell and Carol can’t find a way to get past their defenses and stop these creatures, it may be the end of
the human race.
It Came From Beneath the Sea
It Came From Beneath the Sea was the first collaboration between special effects wizard Ray Harryhausen and producer Charles H. Schneer. Directed by Robert Gordon (Tarzan and The Jungle Boy), the newly colorized film, depicting a giant octopus attacking San Francisco, stars Kenneth Tobey (The
Thing From Another World), Faith Domergue (This Island Earth), Donald Curtis (Earth vs. The Flying Saucers) and Ian Keith (The Ten Commandments).
20 Million Miles to Earth: 50th Anniversary Edition on Blu-Ray HD
Special effects genius Ray Harryhausen (Jason and the Argonauts, Clash of the Titans) brings you one of his earliest groundbreaking films, now available for the first time in vibrant color! When an American spaceship crash-lands off the coast of Sicily, a rescue team discovers that the crew has brought back a gelatinous mass that soon hatches and evolves into a strange bi-ped creature which increases in size rapidly. Soon 20-feet tall, the creature rampages through Rome before being destroyed as it seeks refuge in the Colosseum.

Dagnabbit! I was so sure I was gonna win. I’m such a huge Harryhausen fan and it was close to my birthday and everything. Who do you gotta sleep with to win one of these things?
Congrats to the winners!

No wonder I never win these things. Is there any reason you don’t just make it one entry per person? Seems to me that if I were to spam day after day my bad e-mail manners would be congratulated with a bigger chance of winning.

Most people were only sending in one or two messages a day. The abuse started during the last week of this contest, and every day of the Medabots contest, and was taken care of (no one profited from the spamming).
If this doesn’t rein in the abuse, we will go back to one entry per person period.
