Samuel K. Sloan's love of Star Trek brought him to Slice of SciFi, where he was Managing Editor from 2005-2011, and returned from 2013-2014 before retiring once again from scifi news gathering.
This looks good. Interesting to note that the music at the end is from The Fountain, a soundtrack I know well. Strange that they would recycle that so soon.

I have listened to an audiobook of the original and I quite liked it.
As a separate point this looks pretty good, certainly more faithful than I, Robot!
My hopes have bee raised a little by this trailer!
