The high-definition video of Earth was processed into this still image. The west coast of South America is visible in the lower right portion of the planet.

Nice picture but when I saw this this morning I noticed the caption was wrong. After it was copied here the incorrect caption followed it!

The west coast of South America is in the lower RIGHT portion of the planet. Don’t believe me? Check out the source (JAXA – http://www.jaxa.jp/press/2007/10/20071001_kaguya_e.html).

    Cheers,

Thanks Graham – all those years I spent in the military (13 in all) and I still don’t know my right from my left. 🙂

I can’t wait to see the images she sends back from the Moon.

Anyone want to start a pool to see how long it takes for the Moon Hoaxers to claim (and offer “proof”) that the Apollo landing sites have been photoshopped?
