“Trenches”: A New SF Thriller from Director Shane Felux

July 25, 2007 By S. K. Sloan Leave a Comment

X-ile Pictures is please to announce the release of their latest film’s teaser trailer and official website. From director Shane Felux, the creator of the landmark fan film “Star Wars Revelations” and the award winning short “Pitching Lucas”, selected in 2006 by George Lucas and audiences around the word, is pleased to bring you “Trenches,” an original sci-fi action thriller that is being distributed by Stage 9 digital Media in a broadband series. Shane will be appearing at this weekend’s Comic Con in San Diego, CA to premiere this feature for those attending the event.

Two years ago we had Shane as a guest on our show for the premiere of “Star Wars Revelations,” and since then he has been very busy and creative, working with the likes of screenwriter Manny Coto, producer Jim Uhls and Tim Brazeal president of SciFi Studios.

“Trenches” tells the story of two enemies locked in a grueling war on a backwater planet, they find themselves abandoned by their own. They must put aside their differences and work together if they are to survive. And they better do it quick – they’re not alone on this god-forsaken rock.

The film stars Mercy Malick, Aaron Mathis, Micci Sampery, Lev Gorn, Hong Chau, Daz Crawford, Kelley Slagle and more.

You can view the Teaser Trailer now at Trenches Online.

“Trenches” is scheduled for release in Fall 2007.
