Atlantis Studios to Showcase Clients At San Diego

July 24, 2007 By S. K. Sloan Leave a Comment

Swanee, GA – Atlantis Studios announced today that it will showcase work done on behalf of its diverse clients at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, the world’s largest science fiction and fantasy entertainment convention, July 25-29.

Atlantis Studios, best known for its work designing comics and graphic novels based on licensed properties, will showcase new work for Invisible Scarlet O’Neil, Cyber Angels, Third Army, Blood Sentence, and Princess Reborn, among others.

“This is a time of extraordinary growth for our studio,” said owner James Watson, “We’ve had a great opportunity work for some of the most innovative creators in film and publishing. We felt that our convention presence should reflect that. We wanted to create a schedule that would move their properties front and center!”

Several guests will be in the booth to meet fans and discuss their projects: Russ Stamm, Jr. will showcase artwork from the new Invisible Scarlet O’Neil graphic novel currently in development; Kathy Messick, will preview Cyber Angels, a new comic created just for
today’s hi-tech girls, Gus Higuera will talk about the pseudo-science of Third Army, and Scott Ham will be on hand to sign his chilling vampire-in-prison action comic Blood Sentence.

Also featured will be Paula Peril, a popular original comic series created by Atlantis Studios, and recently licensed for feature film development. Preview materials will include the original video “Trapped in the Flames”, the first live-action Paula Peril movie, starring fan favorite Valerie Perez.
