Amanda Tapping and Damian Kindler Provide Main Stage Presentation and Signings for Popular New Webisodic Science Fiction Series

Vancouver, British Columbia — May 22, 2007 — Stage 3 Media Inc., an independent production company specializing in new media entertainment, today announced that Amanda Tapping and Damian Kindler will provide an early premiere of Sanctuary webisode 2 during the upcoming MCM Expo, London’s biggest two-day movie, comic and media show. Created by Kindler, a veteran science fiction writer and producer, “Sanctuary” is a compelling new web-based series that stars Tapping as the mysterious yet intriguing Dr. Helen Magnus. Sanctuary’s first webisode premiered May 14 and is already receiving tremendous critical acclaim among the science fiction community. Webisode 2 will be available online Monday, May 28, 2007 at the offical Website Sancturary For All.

London’s MCM Expo takes place at ExCel London on Saturday and Sunday, May 26-27, 2007. For further details on MCM Expo, get directions and learn more about the event, go to mcmexpo.net.

About Sanctuary:
Each webisode of “Sanctuary” follows the exploits of Dr. Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis) as she seeks out all manner of terrifying and monstrous creatures. She is aided in her quest by her reluctant protégé Will Zimmerman (Robin Dunne, Dawson’s Creek, The Big Hit, Species 3) and her intrepid, if somewhat reckless, daughter Ashley (Emilie Ullerup, Battlestar Galactica). Together they are drawn into a frightening and mysterious world populated by beings that defy explanation. Designed to be the centerpiece of a growing online science fiction community, Sanctuary offers viewers an evolving relationship between the show’s creators and fandom, as well as an ever-expanding online experience.

“Sanctuary” was created by Damian Kindler and directed by Martin Wood (Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis). Kindler, Tapping and Wood serve as executive producers along with N. John Smith (Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis).
