who would win in the ST vs. BSG battle?

    depends on the writer.

Regarding ‘The Collector’ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0380869/), I did catch a few eps now and again when it was on, but I’m not sure the religious undertones would fly as well elsewhere.

Synopsis: You make a deal with the devil for 10 years. At the end of 10 years, your soul is collected. The devil employs ‘collectors’, people who made deals earlier and now work for him, effectively immortal, to do this. Morgan Pym, a collector for the Vancouver area, added this clause: if the client can right the wrongs made by the deal in 2 days before the deal is up, the client walks away clean.

Not everyone walks away at the end, though. There also is an overall arc concerning Morgan’s past, Mia, the waitress, and Gabe, the seemingly autistic boy…

When I was in university we debated “one Borg Cube versus one Shadow Vessel”. I was one of the few people who thought the Shadow Vessel (from Babylon 5) would win. Their organic technology seems so much more advanced than Borg cybernetics.

I’m still tripping on the Borg vs. Cylons. How would that battle come out?

If a cylon happen to be assimulated by the borg nanites, and died. Wonder if the borg personality would be resurerected? Another thing to consider cylon “sleeper” borg agents.

ReGenesis season one looks interesting. The first episode is a tad stiff. The premise is vaguely “House”-like with the wise-cracking genious. Episode 3 (one and two are together) sees the cast beginning to settle in and the chemistry is working. There’s some potential here and while it’s not as edgy as Torchwood, it’s still a compelling story.
