Rambo is coming out of retirement early in 2007, and 60-year old Sylvester Stallone will again portray the muscle-bound mercenary of justice. Stallone will be shooting the movie for several weeks in Thailand early next year, with those in the environmental protection business keeping close tabs on the production to ensure that Rambo’s typical blowing up of things doesn’t disrupt the protected environs of Thailand’s rich rain forests.
“Rambo IV: In the Serpent’s Eye” will cast Stallone as the aging John Rambo being pulled out of retirement in Bangkok to help find missionary aid workers who disappear as they’re delivering supplies to ethnic minorities in neighboring Myanmar.
Sounds like an 80s tv action series episode…not a movie…
