Keeping in the vein of the Stephen King story about “The Mist,” another Stephen, who writes hit screenplays wants to trap people also.
Grudge franchise screenwriter Stephen Susco is putting down his laptop and moving to the director’s chair with “White,” a big screen film based on a novella by Tim Lebbons.
The film premise of “White” will come from Lebbons’ larger work entitled “White and Other Tales of Ruin,” and is an apocalypic tale about a group of folks trapped in a blizzard who, like King’s “The Mist,” are snapped up by mysterious and terrifying phantom-like creatures from within the blizzard.
