Two smaller films show they have teeth
In a move that has somewhat surprised industry odds-makers two smaller films – small in size and scope, not star power – have shown that after a few weeks they still have teeth and draw power at the box office. “The Illusionist” and “Hollywoodland,” little films compared to others within their respective genres have remained in the Top Ten again this week, while their larger competitors have dropped away. There is a specific reason for that – they are exceptional films in their own right.
All genre films are in BOLD.
