“Star Trek: Dark Armada,” [from Fan Trek Productions], a fan film group drawn from fan clubs and gaming clans across The Netherlands and Belgium, has just released their pilot episode.
Billed as their first experimental film, it never the less shows their passion and determination to create a creditable fan film. Written and produced by “Admiral” Robin Hiert, and a crew of friendly, motivated and fun-loving young (and young-at-heart) Star Trek fans. It also sports a musical score created especially for them by composer Justin R. Durban which gives the episode a real movie grandeur!
[The film stars Robert Hiert as Captain Alexander Richardson and co-stars Marielle Sylvana Spriiut and Martin van Burren. The flow of the dialogue does get slowed with the English dubbing.]
Jeremy from Seattle says
Kudos for doing it, but even hollywood has trouble with green screen sometimes, so I think another route may be in order. The audio quality is distraction too.
But again, kudos for making it.
