Telepathy and Remote Viewing have been reportedly used experimentally by the CIA and the old KGB for years. In some of the purported studies the incidents of telepathy between twin siblings has rated very high. The new movie “Telepathy,” starring Cillian Murphy (Batman Begins), Natalie Press (Red Road), Sam Neill and Miranda Richardson explores this phenomena through scifi storytelling.

“Telepathy,” under the direction of Lesley Manning will center around identical twin brothers picked out by the Russian government for experiements in telepathic communication between Earth and outer space.
