Another of Stephen King’s collection of short story works called “Everything’s Eventual” will get a big screen adaptation and will star Samuel L. Jackson and John Cusack. The particular venue within the King compilation getting treatment is “1408.”

When a skeptic and professional debunker of the paranormal stays in Room 1408 of the infamous Dolphin Hotel, he comes face to face with the real terror of the supernatural.

“1408” will be directed by Mikael Håfström (Derailed) and scripting credits go to Scott Alexander, Matt Greenberg and Larry Karaszewski with supervision by Stephen King.
