Just listening to Slice 43 and the discussion about NASA’s (i.e. the Government’s) lame return to the moon progarm. You should try and get Jerry Pournelle on to talk about his X-prize ideas for encouraging private enterprise to take us back to the moon Real Damn Soon.

Great Show.
Evo- The audiobook thing the guy was talking about was making a custom playlist for each book. So you choose Playlist “Lord of the Rings” or whatever to listen to that one book.

Kids, I have to tell you that this show (#043) is probably the best damn show we have done yet. You all were on the top of your game, and Summer, even though you are recuperating from the flu, you were fabulous. The Wil Wheaton interview was spot-on.
You guys made me very proud today and you know that as your producer I always listen to our show with a very critical ear…but this one, goes down in the record books as one of our finest ever.
Kudos and Congrats to you all and to our great behind the scenes team that help put it all together.

Guys, yet another smashing show. I will admit that Summer is one of the reasons I download, but ya know what? She’s a heck of a smart-ass either with or without that voice that sends geeks like me into paroxysms.
Rock on.

I have to agree with a lot of the things on the Top 10 lists!! The only 2 movies that I really love that were omitted were on the Supernatural list – Dawn of the Dead (none of the Romero films made it!!) and on Scifi – The Road Warrior. Glad to see 5th Element at least got an honorable mention. As Summer mentioned, the film is VERY GOOD!! One of my favorite scifi films, and it would have definitely made my list. And for the record, I agree with Joe on 2001 as well! Boring Film!!!

Awesome show … but hell on my dialup connection 😉
Joe Palmer says
The only reason NASA is pushing forward the
time for a return to the moon is because
they are afraid they will have to get
landing clearance if they wait until 2018,
IN CHINESE!
