Star Wars: Versus is a French made Fan Film. The story takes place after the events of “Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith.”
Darius is a padawan who lost his master during the darkest hours of the Republic’s demise at the hands of the Emperor. With him is young Kamee, a “child of the Force” not yet fully ready as a padawan. They are both being hunted down by a powerful Sith warrior dispatched by Darth Vader to eliminate all remnants of the Jedi Order, including Jedi padawans.
While short on dialogue, the musical score is awesome and the visual effects are just okay. But, the light-saber battle between Darius and the Sith Warrior would make George Lucas proud and will statisfy even the most staunchist of Star Wars fan.
English subtitled, this short film is enjoyable to watch and the ending will surprise the hell out of you.
On an Uncle Sam scale of 0 to 5, I give it a 3 overall and a 4 for the lightsaber battle scenes.
Hi guys, i agree totaly with Uncle Sam on this, although i found that for the most part, the score for this fan film was taken from movies such as Star Wars itself and also lord of the rings. But ya, the battle scene at the end would probably make lucas proud…no dought!!!
