Here’s a comic book crossover that some fans may love.
The Danger Girls are set to team up with Ash Williams from the “Evil Dead” sereis in part of an upcoming mini-series.
The crossover event comes from IDW’s Danger Girl and Dynamite’s Army Of Darkness series and will be written by Andy Hartnell and drawn by Chris Bolson.
The story sees Abbey Chase and the Danger Girls cross paths with Ash Williams while searching for the Necronomicon.
“Danger Girl And The Army Of Darkness has been a long time coming,” said writer Hartnell. “Fans of the original Danger Girl series may recall seeing the infamous Necronomicon in the library of one Abbey Chase, way back in her days before joining the Danger Girl organisation.
“They’ve always asked what that was all about. Well, now is the time to revisit that adventure. Now that Abbey is a full-fledged Danger Girl, with her new skills and allies, she also has the ‘help’ from some knucklehead named Ash.”
Danger Girl co-creator J. Scott Campbell will provide covers for the title in collaboration with Nei Ruffino, Paul Renaud and Nick Bradshaw.
The first issue will hit stores in April.

Danger Girl? I thought that comic ended ages ago.
