Lindelof Could Write “Alien” Prequel

Earlier today, we brought you news about the upcoming Blu-Ray release of the first four “Alien” movies.
Now comes some news on the prequel.
Deadline reports that “Lost” producer Damon Lindelof could be writing the script for the upcoming Ridley Scott-directed prequel.
Lindelof met with 20th Century Fox and Scott to discuss re-writes to the script is and is rumored to be close to signing on to the project.
As long as there are no smoke monsters, I don’t have a problem with this guy writing the prequel. My real problem is I don’t care if another Aliens movie is made. The first two were great and everything else has been forgettable.
