Well, at least we know the date when NBC dies.

NBC – you remember when that meant quality?

Must See TV seems to have turned into Miss Me TV.

2 1/2 months until Sunday night football. (I’m so excited.)

Wow. Save for football, there’s nothing on NBC for me to watch in the fall. Medium moved to CBS, Law & Order: Criminal Intent was “dumped” to USA… add in Burn Notice and NCIS reruns, and I am watching far more on USA than NBC.

I wonder what they’re doing with The Listener after its run is done in August.

Well, the only thing on there that interests me is Heroes and even that’s hanging on by a thread. Unless it improves, I won’t be watching this network at all until Chuck comes back mid-season.

I for one am glad that Heroes and SVU are the only ones on this list I’m gonna watch. Watching less TV has been a goal of mine for years. I used to watch so much TV I would find myself staying up insanely late, and rearranging my schedule around TV. Now, thanks to many of my favorite shows ending their runs (on their own as opposed to being canceled thankfully) I know watch less TV hours per week this year than I did back in the days before I had cable.

Seriously, I can now list all the shows I watch in less than 30 seconds. I could never do that prior to 2007.

    Watch.

    Heroes
    Torchwood
    SVU
    Psych
    Monk
CI (when I can remember to set the VCR)
About half the Adult Swim line-up
    CSI and CSI Miami
    Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow

I’m going to give Stargate Universe and Caprica a fair chance, though from what I’m seeing SGU is the only one with the best shot of getting onto my list.

I keep looking for Chuck. Where is Chuck? I want my Chuck, dammit!
