“Fanboys 2″?!?
While “Fanboys” wasn’t exactly a hit commercially, actor Dan Fogler says that plans are underway for “Fanboys 2.”
Maybe the creative powers are hoping the film will find a second life on DVD (it released Tuesday) and that fans will support it enough to get a sequel off the ground. If that should happen, Fogler tells Cinema Blend the plot would involve the cast trying to sneak onto the set of “Episode 2: Attack of the Clones” while it’s filming in Australia.
Fogler also said the cast and crew learned from their experience this time and would make the film as an indepednent production rather than going through a studio. The first “Fanboys” was hampered by studio interference and then unceremoniously dumped into a limited number of theaters earlier this year.
I enjoyed Fanboys and would watch 2. But what I’m waiting for is Heart of the Empire.

Heart of the Empire is even out in Australia and we usually get everything well after the rest of the world.

Just Watched fanboys it is great for your basic road trip movie. but there was a Tie fighter model blocking the best parts LOL
i don’t think they should follow up on the second part… it qould be just a disgrace that “linus” doesn’t get a part… i mean sure… they could put him in memories but thats just not enough… but anyways… i LOVED the movie… and i love star wars so it’s just a slice of (insert something yummy)
