Helfer Signs For Guest Stint on “Chuck”

Helfer Signs For Guest Stint on “Chuck”

November 25, 2008 By Mike Hickerson 3 Comments

The actress who brings Six to life on “Battlestar Galactica” has signed on for a guest role in NBC’s “Chuck.”

According to our sister site, TV Guide On-Line, Tricia Helfer will play a new handler for Chuck in season two’s eighteenth episode. Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello reports Helfer’s CIA agent will be placed in charge of Chuck and work alongside Casey when General Beckman decides that Sarah might no longer be an effective handler, due to her increasingly apparent feelings for the “asset.”

Fans of Yvonne Strahovski don’t need to worry that Helfer may be taking over for Strahovski. Helfer’s guest role will be for one episode.

After seeing Ms Helfer’s performance as a rogue spy on Burn Notice this season, I bet she’ll fit in just fine on Chuck. Good to see she’s working fairly steadily.
