Forbes Reports on “Save Journeyman” Campaign

January 9, 2008 By S. K. Sloan 2 Comments

Forbes reporter Lacey Rose gives an update and report on our combined online effort to make NBC programming execs aware of the need to keep their new SF drama, “Journeyman,” starring Kevin McKidd on the air. The show was not picked up by the peacock network after its initial 13 episode run and, for now, won’t be returning after the conclusion of the writer’s strike.

To catch Lacey’s report, head over to Forbes. To learn more about this campaign and what you can do to help get this wonderful show back on the air, follow this this link.

I have loved this show from the very beginning and was so thankful to have something intelligent, exciting, and entertaining to watch. This show is so beautiful the way it is filmed, it has a great feeling to it, like an old romantic movie, but with a modern sci-fi twist. Kevin McKidd is a fantastic actor and very sexy to watch. I am just heartbroken to find out that NBC could even think about canceling Journeyman. There is so much mindless drivel on TV. Not everyone wants to watch idiotic sitcoms or the even worse reality shows on the pathetic VH1’s!!!!!I am so sick of shows that feature washed up celebrities trying to pass off their pathetic private lives as entertainment, and meanwhile quality shows get canceled because some some hothead executive thinks he know’s all. God, I can’t stand it anymore. In my view the only good show’s left on TV are Medium and Rescue Me AND JOURNEYMAN!!!!!!!

Every episode of Journeyman has kept me glued to the TV. I could barely wait until the next week to see it again. If this show is not renewed i’m VERY seriously considering selling my TV. I’m just sick of this.
