December 10, 2012 By Summer Brooks 1 Comment

Today’s Slice of SciFi news: The latest idea to reboot Waterworld is all wet, NASA’s Voyager is about go beyond the rim to avoid a speeding ticket, Also the Curiosity Mars Rover finds what?, The Hobbit makes us Sick!, X-Men cast must go Bryan Singer’s way or get killed, Netflix womps all Disney movies, DC’s Justice League wants it’s fair share of the Cash, Trivia: Christmas Presents, Con Report: Indiana Conventions, and Enter our Syfy Network Contest.

Listener Feedback: Whenever you have questions or comments on anything we say or do, Call Us! Tell us we’re gods for bringing a bright spot to your mind-numbing day, or tell us we’re idiots for getting it wrong — either way, let us know.

You can leave your feedback: be unique, funny, silly, or geeky to the point of pain… keep it short and sweet and we may well argue back!

I know you guys weren’t trying to take a dig at NASA for that Mars announcement, but I feel that NASA should be only partly to blame for the overhype.

Basically, it was blown out of proportion by a poor choice of words on the scientists part, and a reporter misunderstanding what the scientist was trying to get at.
