“Fallen Earth” Giveaway

“Fallen Earth” Giveaway

May 16, 2011 By News Droid 1 Comment

Slice of SciFi has teamed up with Fallen Earth to give away seven codes to unlock the full version of the game to our listeners and readers.

Fallen Earth is a post-apocalyptic massively multiplayer online game. Set in the Grand Canyon in 2156 and mixing first-person shooter-style action with role-playing game design, Fallen Earth allows players to explore a post-apocalyptic world through crafting, trading, and scavenging. The game features more than 1,000 square kilometers of landscape to explore and conquer, 70 towns, six distinct factions, a classless advancement system and a unique crafting feature.

Winners will receive a key to unlock a full version of the game plus 30 days of on-line playing.

You can find out more about the game HERE and you can download the free-trial version HERE.  (You will need to download and install this version to use the code).

All you have to do to enter is send an e-mail with your name, address, and the secret code phrase we gave you in Slice of SciFi #315.

Make sure to use the subject line “Fallen Earth” in your e-mail. Anything different in the subject line, and your entry will be deleted as invalid.

This contest begins Saturday, May 14 and runs until Saturday, May 28  at midnight Pacific time.

NEW RULES: One entry per person PERIOD. Enter once, and once only.  If you send multiple entries, you will be disqualified from this contest and all future contests.  Also, please pay attention to the opening and closing dates.  Do NOT send entries to closed contests!

“This contest begins Saturday, May 14 and runs until Saturday, May 28 at midnight Pacific time”

Why is it that this SIMPLE, but vital, information is NEVER announced on a podcast for ANY contest???? Yet you will often tell us that we will get disqualified for entering a contest that has expired.

Not everyone listens to EVERY podcast they subscribe to within a few days of it’s release. Sometimes it is weeks later.
