Selection # 7: I didn’t watch it because I was watching something else, but I did DVR it.

Very true to the book. It almost felt like Deja Vu. I actually envy the people who haven’t read it yet.

I feel bad for people that haven’t read the books because there’s a lot that wasn’t really explained in last night’s episode.

No (G) I Live Overseas, got it from by “Time Machine” and thought it was good?

It was pretty good, not a fan (I like Camelot a lot better) but it was a gritty change of pace. I’m sure the books are good, but it’ll be a while before I have a chance to get to them. Either way, I’ll keep watching.

I loved it with one caveat. It was definitely ADULT. Don’t get me wrong, I have read all four books that are out and knew with it going to HBO that we were going to see adult version of the series. I was just hoping that it would shy away from that and go for a larger audience–one which I maybe could allow my teenage girls to watch. But it didn’t. I still loved it and can’t wait for the next one. Just makes this something I can’t watch until the kids are in bed and DEFINITELY asleep.

Good news hearing it got renewed already for a second season!!

@Patrick: I’m just getting to the end of Game of Thrones and I gotta say it’s a fairly adult book. To remove that from the series would cause them to not do the book justice.

@patrick: I’m not sure how old you mean by teenage but if it’s about the age I imagine, they’ve probably seen worse…
